We can provide your organisation with support services for it's Domino and Notes based applications. We have many years experience in looking after very large public sector organisations where application availability and customisation is of paramount importance.
We have a number of support options that cover basic application support, Domino Admin and Infrastructure, ccustomisation services, data cleanup and data import / export.
In addition we can also provide reporting services to report over a variety of technologies including Oracle, Domino and DB2.
We tailor our support to suit your businesses requirement but in general offer two primary methods of support:
Unit Based - we agree an number of support units required per month paid for on a monthly basis.
Block Based - we agree a block of time required over a 12 month period paid for in advance and called off as and when required.
We operate a number of service levels to suit you and your requirements from a same day on-site repsonse through to a next working day response.
Support can cover anything from adding fields to a form, telephone support and advice, correcting corrupt data, moving data between databases, fixing replication problems, importing new data, adding or removing functionality, creating or modifying reports and admin functions (ACL, Security, Replication etc) - in fact anything you might need to do on an ad-hoc basis that you don't have the internal skill sets to provide.
