What Can QueryPlus do for me?

No Paper: By ridding the whole process of paper forms you instantly remove the problem of printing deadlines, delivery of forms, and movement of forms from stand to office and back again. This also helps project the image of being technologically and ecologically minded. You also remove any manual keying of data into spreadsheets or CRM systems back at the office.

Flexible: The questions and answers are all user configurable through a simple to use content management system. Each response can be configured to be a button, drop down, radio button, check box or free text field.

Database: All data is stored in a web database - stand visitors recieve an email immediatley thanking them for their interest in your company and at user definable periods in the day the details of all the days visitors are emailed as a csv file back to base where it can be used for mail merges or import into your CRM.

Fast: The system can email your customer within a second of them filling in their information - making the customer feel listened to. In addition QueryPlus incorporates a post code lookup system to speed up data entry and ensure accuracy.

Documentation: Documentation and product brochures can be linked to questions so that they are emailed direct to the customer before they've even left the stand! QueryPlus allows the office to act on sales leads and prospects before the customer has even left the exhibition, making sure your potential customer has your information in front of them before anyone else - improving the prospect of generating an order.
