However, as business grew so did their admin problems.
Keeping track of client contracts, invoicing and cashflow was becoming increasing difficult using spreadsheets.
We were commissioned to provide a customised version of our Synergy CRM to address the difficulties in the business.
A comprehensive invoicing system was built which allows batch generation of invoices by supplier to roll up multiple contracts into one invoice.
In addition a simple task management element was added to track prospect calling cycles.
Combined with the existing functionality of Synergy CRM this allowed the full control of their business with instant, one click reports showing the state of play at any given time.
We moved them onto Lotus Domino Email, which now integrates with Synergy CRM allowing to "think outside the inbox!" and have access to all their correspondance via the CRM.
